You will receive your tickets immediately after purchase so that you use them straight away. It is completely free, with no documents, no obligations. If you are not a member of Smile Club, you can only cancel your tickets in cash at our ticket offices.

After payment, we will send the gift voucher to your e-mail or you will be able to download it in your Smile Club account.
