You will receive your tickets immediately after purchase so that you use them straight away. It is completely free, with no documents, no obligations. You will receive payment information after purchase by email from Skip Pay and pay by card or bank transfer. If you are not a member of Smile Club, you can only cancel your tickets in cash at our ticket offices.

After payment, we will send the gift voucher to your e-mail or you will be able to download it in your Smile Club account.
