General Terms and Conditions of the Corporate and Corporate Family programs
effective 1 April 2023
I. Introductory Provisions
- These General Terms and Conditions are issued by the company Leo Express s.r. o, ID No. 06661572, with its registered office at Řehořova 908/4, 130 00 Prague 3 - Žižkov, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 286532 (hereinafter referred to as "Leo Express"), in order to regulate the conditions for providing benefits to customers engaged in business activities (hereinafter referred to as "Partner") and their employees when purchasing travel documents for services provided by Leo Express or by companies in the same business group as Leo Express (hereinafter referred to as "Leo Express Group").
- The discount is offered to Partners under the Corporate Family Program and the Corporate Program. A Partner may participate in either or both of these programs or only in one of them, subject to the conditions set out below.
- The prior creation of a user account in the Smile Club Loyalty Program operated by Leo Express is a prerequisite for the use of both programs. Unless otherwise stated in these General Terms and Conditions, the contractual relationship is governed by the valid and effective rules of the Smile Club Loyalty Program.
- The legal relations related to the performance of the concluded transport contract after the purchase of a ticket for a specific connection shall continue to be governed by the valid and effective Transport Contractual Conditions issued by the respective company of the Leo Express Group, as well as by generally binding legal regulations.
II. Corporate Family Program
- Participation in the Corporate Family program is established by registration of the partner on the website le.cz/korporati or in the Leo Express mobile app.
- The Corporate Family program offers a benefit consisting in a doubling of the reward in the maximum amount of 20% for money spent (cashback) in the Smile Club programe, depending on the achieved loyalty category.
- This benefit is available to all employees of the Partner who are enrolled in the Smile Club program and whose email address includes the domain name specified during registration (i.e., email addresses that include the @leoexpress.com domain name).
- The advantage is provided for both business and private travel of the Partner's employees.
- The Partner may decide to cancel the participation of one of its employees in the Corporate Family Program. In this case, the employee will remain registered in the Smile Club Loyalty Program without any special benefits from this Program.
III. Corporate Program
- Participation in the Corporate Program is established by registering on the website le.cz/korporati or in the Leo Express mobile app.
- After registering for the program, the administrator of the main account may edit the list of persons authorized to purchase travel documents from Leo Express on behalf of the Partner, specifying the e-mail address of the Smile Club user account from which the purchase is to be made within the framework of the Corporate Program.
- Within the framework of the Corporate Program, a benefit is provided in the form of a discount on the value of the purchased travel documents in the agreed amount, which is determined at the time of registration in accordance with Article III, Paragraph 1 of these General Terms and Conditions. The amount of the discount may be modified unilaterally by Leo Express. Such modification, if any, shall be subject to the provisions of article IV, paragraph 4 of these Terms and Conditions regarding notification and refusal. Purchases made under the Corporate Program cannot be combined with the Corporate Family Program or the Smile Club Program. Purchases made under the Corporate Program do not count towards the amount spent to obtain the Smile Club benefit.
- Leo Express will invoice the Partner no later than the 5th day of the following month for the travel documents purchased under the Corporate Program during the calendar month in question. The invoice will be sent to the Partner electronically in .pdf format at the e-mail address indicated in the Corporate Account in accordance with Article III. paragraph 1 of these General Terms and Conditions.
- The invoice is payable within 14 days from the date of its delivery to the Partner. The amount is considered paid on the day it is credited to the bank account of Leo Express. In the event of non-compliance with the due date, the Partner shall pay Leo Express a contractual penalty of 0.1% of the amount due for each day of delay. Paying the penalty does not affect the right to full compensation and the legal interest to be paid.
- Leo Express is entitled to set a monthly limit for the Partner on the total value of travel documents purchased and to adjust this limit from time to time. The Partner will be informed of the current amount by e-mail. If the limit is exhausted, Leo Express will issue an invoice for the amount corresponding to the value of the travel documents purchased so far, and further purchases will only be possible after the Partner has paid the invoice.
- In the event that the Partner is in default of payment, Leo Express reserves the right to suspend the Partner's membership in the Corporate Program and the benefits associated therewith until the amount owed is paid in full, or to terminate the contract without notice.
- Program members receive a discount on tickets paid for by invoice only.
- The discount received will be reflected on the invoice issued for the tickets for the relevant calendar month.
- The amount of the discount is calculated according to the total value of the tickets traveled and is graded according to the category granted, whereby the sum of the value of the tickets traveled in the last 365 days, excluding VAT, is taken into account to determine the category.
- If a category threshold is exceeded in a given month, the lower category will still be used to calculate the discount. The higher discount will only be applied to tickets in the following monthly billing period.
Illustrative example: a customer in category I (5%) purchased and traveled tickets in the month of February to such an extent that he fulfilled the conditions for category II with a higher discount of 7,5%. This higher discount will only be applied in the following March billing, not in February in which the higher reward was achieved. - If the category threshold is not met in a given month, the same category the customer was in at the beginning of that month will still be used to calculate the discount. The lower discount will only be applied to tickets in the following monthly billing period.
Illustrative example: a customer in category II (7,5%) has not purchased and traveled tickets in the month of February to the extent necessary to meet the conditions for that category II in the last 365 days. As a result, the customer is downgraded to a lower category. This lower discount will only be applied in the following March billing, not in February, in which the entitlement to the higher reward was lost.

IV. General and Final Provisions
- The contractual relationship between the Partner and Leo Express may be terminated by termination by either party without giving reasons. The notice period is one month and starts on the first day of the calendar month following the delivery of the notice to the other party.
- Leo Express is entitled to terminate the contractual relationship with the Partner without notice if the Partner violates the terms and conditions of the relevant program or generally binding legal regulations.
- The processing of personal data is governed by the principles set out on the Leo Express website le.cz/gdpr
- Leo Express is entitled to change these General Terms and Conditions from time to time to a reasonable extent. The Partner will be notified of such changes at least 14 days before the changes come into effect by sending a new version of the General Terms and Conditions with the changes to the e-mail address specified in the company account. The Partner is entitled to reject the proposed change and to terminate the contract by terminating the contractual relationship on the day before the planned date of entry into force of the respective changes.
- The contractual relationship arising from these General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic to the exclusion of the conflict of laws rules of international private law.
- Any disputes between the Partner and Leo Express shall be settled amicably in the first place. If no amicable settlement can be reached, the dispute shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of Leo Express.
- These General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force and effect on April 1, 2023.
- This Corporate conditions are drawn up in Czech and English versions. In case of discrepancies, the Czech version takes precedence over the English version.
