The commitment to sustainable rail transportation, high safety standards, reliability and quality remains. The company is currently completing ETCS installations on its commercial services between Prague – Ostrava – Košice/Krakow, which will increase safety even further. In June, Leo Express extends its daily services on the route Prague–Ostrava by adding connections to Lviv and has also increased summer services between Prague and Kraków

The chairman of the Board of Leo Express, Manel Villalante i Llaurado, adds: “The launch of operations in Danube Region represents a milestone for our company. Last year has been key for Leo Express, since it marks a turning point in the pathway to growth, as results and performance show. We are eager to face all the new challenges ahead."
