Your Questions
Where can I buy a ticket?
At the stations Letohrad, Jablonné nad Orlicí and Králíky you can buy a ticket at the Leo Express ticket offices. At other stations and stops you can buy a ticket from the steward on the train. Of course, you can also buy tickets in the IREDO tariff loaded onto an IREDO card at any other place where these tickets are being sold (including ČD ticket offices). You can also buy tickets in the IDSOK tariff at any other carrier in the Olomouc Region (including ČD ticket offices).
Ticket purchase directly on the train
At stations where we do not have an open ticket office, you can buy a ticket on board without a surcharge. If you board at a station where the ticket office is open at the time, we charge a handling surcharge of CZK 40 for the ticket sale on the train.
However, if you transfer to our train from another train or bus (and you show a ticket from this connection), we will always sell you a ticket on board without a surcharge.
I want to transfer to ČD trains in Ústí nad Orlicí. Will these transfers be kept?
In Ústí nad Orlicí, transfers to ČD trains are arranged, especially to fast trains to/from Pardubice and Prague. You can buy a ticket for the connecting train from the conductor on the train without a surcharge. Waiting times of our trains are usually 20 minutes, waiting times of ČD fast trains are usually 5 minutes.
Can I travel with my pet?
Small animals are transported free of charge if they are in portable cages, baskets or other suitable containers with a leak-proof bottom (unless prohibited by specific legislation and the size of the container does not exceed 40 x 50 x 50 cm).
Dogs are transported without restriction, but must be securely muzzled, kept on a short leash and not transported on a seat. The transportation fee for a dog (unless it is transported in a box as a small animal) is 30 CZK.
Can I take my bike on the train?
Bicycle transport can be purchased as an additional service at a price of CZK 30 for a single connection, or at a price of CZK 49 as an all-day document, valid until midnight on the day of departure. This service is purchased on the train or at the ticket office.
Can I bring my skis/snowboard on the train?
Transportation of skis, cross-country skis or snowboards is treated as baggage. Therefore, no reservation is required and no transfer fee is charged.
Do I have to pay a cancellation fee if I cancel my ticket?
A ticket purchased at a ticket office or on the train can only be claimed immediately after purchase (e.g. in case of a wrongly issued ticket). Only tickets purchased online can be canceled, with a transaction fee of CZK 30 for each canceled ticket.
